What to ask for when you contact the sales team
The enquiry becomes much more useful when it is specific. Sattva Hill View's value is concentrated in its upper floors and its western orientation - the faces looking across the Art of Living Ashram's protected hills. Two identical 3 BHK homes, one on the eleventh floor facing east and one on the thirty-ninth facing the ridge, are not the same asset and will not resell as though they were. That inventory is finite and allocated in registration order, so an enquiry that names your floor and orientation preference gets a far more useful response than a generic brochure request.
On registering, you will be contacted with the Phase 1 indicative cost sheet - floor-rise and view premiums as separate line items - floor plates for the 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations, the sky penthouse release, master plan and tower orientation detail, payment-plan options, a site-visit appointment on Kanakapura Main Road, and RERA registration particulars as soon as they are published.
What to have ready before you enquire
Four things make the conversation productive: your configuration and budget band (the 2 BHK opens near Rs 1.32 crore, the 3 BHK near Rs 1.95 crore, the 4 BHK near Rs 2.99 crore, sky penthouses from roughly Rs 4.99 crore); your floor and orientation preference; your funding structure; and, if anyone in the household commutes daily to Electronic City, the Outer Ring Road or the eastern IT belt, a drive tested at 9 am on a weekday - Electronic City is roughly 21 km via NICE Road, and no feature of the project offsets a long commute.
A registration is not a booking. Before converting a refundable EOI into any further payment, confirm the K-RERA registration on the state portal (a project /PR/ number, not an agent-class AG one), review the approved plan, title and encumbrance certificate, and confirm carpet area per the RERA disclosure.
